I get it because I lived it!

I was the heaviest I’d ever been, nothing fit, I was exhausted, inflamed, developing autoimmune issues…

and I couldn’t get my crap together!

I “knew what to do” but couldn’t make myself do it. And the truth is that the things I thought I “should” be doing to lose weight didn’t work for my life.

With no time to spare, a serious love for junk food, and zero desire to work out…

I was working 50 hours a week in a busy ER on night shift. I had two young boys and a skinny husband who ate whatever he wanted.

How was I going to do all this and change behaviors I’d had my entire life?

I lost 15 lbs (9 years ago) and have kept it off.

And I’ve helped hundreds of women who thought weight loss was impossible, do the same!

But you cannot achieve this by taking things away or trying to do ALL THE THINGS to lose weight.

Instead of focusing on restriction and overcomplicated plans, your fat loss plan must include 3 things:

When I learned what my metabolism wanted, I lost weight with way less effort.

I didn’t need any of the stupid food and diet rules that don’t actually help us in the long run.

When I made it fun instead of torturing myself and fueled my body with food I liked

my binging stopped.

I desperately wanted my body, and confidence, back!

But I wanted that so I could enjoy my life.

It didn’t make sense to give up everything I enjoy, live like a food zealot, and try to be someone I’m not to reach my goals.

How you lose it is how you have to maintain it, right? And I didn’t want to live that way.

So I needed to find a way that felt FREEING.

Now, I stay at my happy weight without being obsessed with food, the scale, or food rules.

I eat things I enjoy, I don’t feel guilty when I choose to indulge. I finally feel in control of myself and my health.

  • About 50% of our clients never count or track a thing!

    We do teach macros tracking with our easy app for clients who want to learn the right way to track calories and macros

    - if they want to learn it.

    The only time this is required is if your metabolism is very low and we need to strategically repair it.

    Even then, tracking is a tool we use to assess and intervene, but never to continue doing forever.

    You will learn the right way to transition to a more sustainable approach when the need for tracking is done.

  • The only way this doesn’t work is if you go into the witness protection program. ;-)

    There is ALWAYS a solution - whether you’re struggling to implement a habit or with a fussy metabolism.
